Through this process, you gain access to Peace within yourself, through the association with a Peaceful Place or Memory in your mind. This Resource can be used as a coping skill, to turn towards when experiencing anxiety or feeling a sense of uncertainty. Resourcing is a skill that will be honed in this section, and will be employed as a Resource in further healing work during this course.
